Before you place your orders, here are some informations you might need to know :))

• The 20th Pre Order is now OPENED (11th May 2014 - 22nd May 2014)
• Place your down payment before : 22nd May 2014
• Deadline of the FULL payment : 5th June 2014
• Shipping for this PO starts on : 13th June 2014 (From Medan to you)
• PROMOTION:

            - Get a 10% cut off by doing these steps:

              1. Take pictures of stuffs you ever purchased from us (the more the better)

              2. Post your pictures on INSTAGRAM
              3. Write the best caption you can write. 

              4. Tag our store @vouniqueoulet and hashtag us #vouniqueoutlet and #vogiveaway

• We are gonna ship our goods WORLDWIDE FROM CHINA. 
• ORDERS ARE ONLY ACCEPTABLE VIA BBM / WHATSAPP / LINE
• A delivery cost of 5,000 IDR/ address will be applied for the areas within Medan city.
• Customers outside Medan city will be charged according to JNE price.
• Customers who purchase more than 3 pieces per Pre Order will be discharged from delivery cost (ONLY MEDAN).
• There will be "lucky rewards" on random days, so please keep yourself updated by following our instagram @vouniqueoutlet ;)

Please note this down : 

Since our clothes are all shipped directly from overseas, we really need our customers' understanding for the period of time needed for the goods arrivals. The goods will be expected to arrive at Indonesia for more or less 20 days starts from the closure of the Pre Order. If there's no hindrance occurs during shipping time, goods will arrive at Indonesia earlier than the time expected. Customers will be updated in case there's any delay of the goods arrival. :)


Ordering process :

In order to purchase, please submit your orders in a given format as follow:
#CODE - COLORS/SIZE - QUANTITY
Note : Please help us to arrange the codes from the smallest number if you place order for more than one kind of goods.

For example:
                    #100  - Blue size S  - 2pieces
                    #101  - Red            - 3pieces

Payment :

• Payment will be done by transferring through BCA account and ICBC (China Bank) account.
• Customers are encouraged to fulfill the Down Payment of 70% as soon as the orders are submitted.
• Once the goods have been packed in China (usually 10 days after the PO is closed) , customers are requested to DO A FULL PAYMENT, so that when the goods arrive at Indonesia, they're ready to be delivered.
• For those customers who have fulfilled the Down Payment but don't do a full payment on the date stated, we are sorry to say that the orders will be canceled and will be switched to another customers who are in our waiting list.

Delivery process :

• Goods are sent from China to Medan,Indonesia.
• The goods will be delivered as soon as they arrive at Indonesia.
• FREE SHIPPING for Medan area (minimal 3 pieces)
• Aside from Medan area,shipping fee is calculated based on JNE/kg
• SUNDAY = OFF DELIVERY

Availability of clothes :

• The goods will be having the level of similarity of 98% compared to the pictures due to the lightning effect when the pictures are taken.
• Most of the time, 95% of the clothes in the pictures are available in our outlet.
• Out of stock could be happening if there are too many orders placed for particular goods.
• If there's any damage found when the goods arrive at Indonesia, we guarantee you to change the goods with the new one on the next Pre Order.
